Question #2: What's your warranty period?

Answer: GENLITEC POWER® provides 1 year or 1000 working hours limited warranty for all our equipments.

However, based on some special projects, the warranty period will be extended.

Question #3: Does your equipments have global warranty?

Answer: Yes, our Cummins, Perkins, Deutz, MTU. Kubota diesel engine power generator set enjoy the global warranty service.

And the alternators, like Stamford, Leroy Somer, Meccalte also have global warranty.




Question #4: Do you accept OEM or ODM service.

Answer: Yes, GENLITEC POWER® has own R&D center.

We are able to design and produce the products according to the customer's requirements.




Question #5: What's your payment terms?

Answer: We accept the payment terms as 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.

We may adjust the payment terms based on some special orders.




Question #6: What's the delivery time?

Answer: Normally we are able to deliver the order in 15-30 days.
